We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.
You may return any full priced item for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been delivered.
Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged so please choose carefully. If you are exchanging you will need to cover the cost of postage by sending a reply paid satchel together with the item you are sending back.
When we process refunds or returns we deduct Postage costs incurred by us at the time of delivery.
Pre-orders and special orders cannot be refunded, they can be exchanged within 7 days from date of delivery.

Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange or return your item via our email
We can not issue a refund if we are notified after the 7 day period.

Items must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.

When returning goods: please enclose
a) your receipt
b) reply paid satchel (registered)
c) return to: (for return address please email us

For all exchanges we offer free shipping back to the customer.

Once we have received the item back we will endeavour to replace it for you asap.
To ensure quick and safe delivery of your exchange please include a registered platinum express reply paid satchel. We recommended you register your reply paid satchel so the item can be tracked down.


We offer complimentary Worldwide shipping on all orders. Most countries/areas are included, however if you live in a remote area that is not included on our list please email us and we will endeavour to find the best shipping method.
We send all parcels Worldwide via Australia Post which includes a Tracking Number. If you require the Tracking Number after your place your order please email us
Deliveries within Australia take between 3-8 working days (depending on your location) and Worldwide deliveries can vary between 5-21 working days (depending on your location).
If you wish to receive your delivery Express please email us and we will arrange FedEx or Australia Post Courier Express priority service, however please note that all customers must pay Express delivery.
All delivery costs will be reimbursed to us for any returns or refunds.
